1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kepeno ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kepeno is an AI-powered financial and legal assistant that helps users manage bills, contracts, expenses, and budgets. The Service includes web and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscription Plans

• Free tier: limited features, no payment required.
• Paid tiers (Personal, Pro, Business): billed monthly or annually via Stripe or in-app purchase.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled per Stripe's or Apple/Google's refund policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

Kepeno uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and provide financial insights. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals for important financial decisions.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process financial documents using third-party AI providers (Anthropic). We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using the Service for illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise system security.
• Creating accounts for automated or bulk use without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kepeno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on AI-generated insights. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period, after which all data is permanently removed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
